Introducing Effortless Built-In Invoicing with CPACharge
We’re excited to empower accounting professionals with our latest feature. Invoicing from CPACharge allows you to easily create itemized invoices, track time, and more effectively manage accounts receivable.
You can access this new feature on your dashboard. Select “Invoices” from the left-hand navigation and click “New Invoice” to create a new invoice. From there you can either search an existing client or type in a new email address for a new client. Next, simply select the desired deposit account, the date range, an optional invoice number, and a note in the reference field.
When all the entries have been filled, the designated person(s) can review the invoice and mark it ready for sending. Once sent, you’ll have access to a dashboard that lists live statuses of sent, read by the client, or paid for each invoice, so you can easily manage follow-ups.
With this new feature, you can handle every aspect of billing and payments from one easy platform. No need for extra invoicing software.
