Arizona CPAs Partner with CPACharge
The Arizona Society of CPAs has chosen to partner with CPACharge by offering it as a member benefit. With it, CPAs may accept online payments professionally, simply and securely. By the year 2019, 75% of all payments will be online. By working with CPACharge, members will be ready to provide this important client service today.
“The Arizona CPA Society wants to help clients find service providers that really understand their needs as professionals,” said Amy Porter, CEO and Founder of CPACharge. “We have a relationship with the Arizona Bar Association through our sister company, LawPay. They recommended us to the CPA Society based on the success of our relationship.”
In addition to this specialized focus, CPA’s will get a simple way to handle online payments. CPACharge is known for having an easy to use web interface with on special equipment needed. New firms are often able to begin offering this service the same day as they commit to it. At the same time, clients of CPA firms find it easy to use, as well. They can go online to pay or simply click on an link in an emailed invoice.
This ease of use has an extra benefit, it allows faster payment than ever before. Instead of an invoice being filed away by the client for future payment, they are often paid on the spot. Another straight forward feature is CPSACharge’s user dashboard, which makes it easier for CPAs to reconcile payments, search for items, etc. Through the use of these and many other targeted features, CPAs find they save up to five hours a week on time that they have traditionally used to handle payments.
Another important decision criteria for any professional firm looking to accept online payments involves data security. CPA’s want assurance that their clients’ data is safeguarded. CPACharge offers the highest level of security, PCI Level One Compliance, to all its customers at no extra charge. Knowing that they are protected by a time-tested, proprietary technology, CPA’s can put their safety worries aside.
“CPA’s find these benefits improve their work life on a daily basis. As a result, they are able to spend more time doing the work that they love and less time on practice management,” said Porter.
